Substantial breakfast, neat hotel, perfect location very close to Ginza shopping district. Non-smoking and functional room, large bathroom. Every stuff member was dedicated and courteous. Nice lobby.

Magical hotel with cool enough rooms and polite staff. Idyllic view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. Very pretty location next to Lixil Gallery. Outstanding food, appetizers, nachos, fries and pizza were served in the rooftop bar. There was a quiet garden in the venue.

Location was super and I loved decent sized rooms. Plenty of supplies in the room : an electronic key card, a hairdryer and slippers. The staff did all they can for a good stay. The coffee bar was cozy and the drinks where hot.

totally fab experience. i appreciated my stay at this stylish hotel. my room was quirky with a marvellous view. the bed seemed soft and it was neat all around. really kind staff, providing amazing service.

The room was compact, the staff was efficient. All in all upscale location. Also, the area was central. The rooms were always very nice clean. It was attractive and competitive value for money among other available hotels in Tokyo.

modern design of square hotel ginza. we really loved a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the bathroom. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved chuo ward district.
